Wedding Season for the Zunigas

It's taken me awhile to recover from vacation and the wedding to finally get these up! We had thee best time with our family. Everyone had a part in the wedding. Nicholas was so handsome in his tux...and so was Andrew ; ) Anna and Gabe were in wedding bliss and we all were sore from dancing four straight hours!







The bachelorette party and pre-wedding prep were so fun. I got to take Anna to get her hair done early Sat. morning as she had done with me when I got married. It was fun to share that exclusive moment with her ; ). Georgous as ever.

Fun times visiting with all of Andrew's extended family at a beautiful wedding. Nicholas cashed out early and couldn't make it past 9 p.m. : )

Nicholas RSVPs to Anna's Wedding

We are so excited for this new little person! I'm keeping with my mom's rule of thumb that having them two years apart makes the best playmates. My happiest childhood memories are with my sisters, especially Anna and all the things we did together. New Year's will be quite the party!

Why do we feed babies spaghetti?

I ask myself this every time. It gets all over every square inch of his body somehow. I find noodles in the back of his shirt to his ankles. Then there is the inevitable massage through his hair.

Sweet Summertime

All the Niewald fam was all in this weekend. We decided to fill these cute little water balloons (no bigger than a three year old fist) and have a waterballoon fight. Right. It quickly escalated into a dumping water fest.




Andrew was a popular target.


I was in the baby pool with Nicholas and a camera...I got dunked - heartless mongruls.

Sporting his new 2008 swim trunks...Nicholas tested out the water today. He found his tummy (hard to miss), squished water balloons, and splashed for hours.



He loves hanging out with the ladies at the pool: cousins Lily and Scholastica.
